With our Integration Center we have built the basis for the fast, easy and seamless integration of other applications and platforms into the HCL Connections Engagement Center.
The Integration Center consists of a NodeJS server which runs on a Docker Container on premises, in private or public cloud. The NodeJS Server is used as a stable middleware to manage all the different authentications via OAuth. With the Integration Center ICEC is the perfect platform to integrate most diverse systems.
While we have completed a POT and a first Jira integration widget we are by no means feature complete. Please contact us with your Jira integration requirements to influence what features we develop first!
